Haiku - One deep Breath Challenge

Write a haiku in any style about a container (or containers)...this can be anything "real" or something that you dream up.

Bouncing on a wave
Words encrusted with age
Message in a bottle

Oh, I love your haiku. My very first thought when I read the prompt was message in a bottle but then went in another direction. You did a wonderful job on it.

This makes me think of the out of time and place nature of lost or old messages and the bittersweet experience of trying to find a place for words from the past.

Evocative. Thanks.

I can not go to the sea without the faint hope of retrieving an old authentic message in a bottle. In reading your haiku with the message, I could feel the anticipation of coming upon this treasure.
